非法推广盗版IPTV服务的网络红人同样面临法律制裁，包括最高一年的监禁和高达1.5万欧元的罚款。近期，德国法兰克福法院作出裁决，要求Meta平台对违规广告承担相应责任，每次发现违规行为，将面临25万欧元的罚款。

Meanwhile, the chairperson of Arcom emphasizes the need to prioritize the crackdown on upstream offenses, while also ensuring that users comprehend that internet content is not without cost and that copyright infringement does come with repercussions.
