Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, primarily tasked with securing sponsorship deals. The venture is helmed by businessman Radoslaw Tadajewski, and his company is responsible for the management. In February 2023, the parties inked an intermediary agreement, stipulating that the company will receive a fixed payment of 150,000 zlotys per month, along with a commission of 13% on sponsorship funds and 25% on licensing revenues, ensuring a guaranteed annual income in excess of 4.4 million zlotys.

多家足球协会的赞助商，诸如Maspex、Fakro以及波兰啤酒企业，均声称Publicon Sport并未在合作中扮演中介角色。此外，一份2022年5月签订的InPost赞助协议，其签订时间早于合作启动，也被计算为从中抽取佣金的行为。

By December 2025, authorities had received at least 19 complaints regarding the partnership. In August 2026, the Warsaw Okraga Krolewska Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation into the allegations of misconduct that resulted in a minimum of 4 million zloty in financial losses for the Polish Football Association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the headquarters of the Polish Football Association, seizing documents related to the collaboration as well as the cell phones of the association's management. These materials were then handed over to the anti-corruption task force in Szczecin. Presently, the investigation into tax fraud is being merged with the existing case, creating a single investigation thread that encompasses both financial mismanagement and tax-related offenses.
